Trader Joe’s for a Week of Meals

We went to Trader Joe’s last weekend so instead of meal planning, we picked out some frozen options I could heat up for quick dinners and some good proteins I could build dinners around.

Sunday: We bought a two pack of filet mignons, seared them on the stove and popped them into the oven to finish on top of some asparagus (yep, just put the steaks on top of the asparagus in their pan and put the whole thing into the oven at 350-400 degrees until steaks reach your desired doneness.)

Monday: Trader Joe’s frozen Kung Pao Chicken over organic riced cauliflower, also added green beans

Tuesday: Beef Sirloin Steak cooked low and slow all day in the crockpot with butter lettuce dressed in a balsamic vinaigrette

Wednesday: Pork Lettuce Wraps (ahh neglected to take a picture!) I followed this recipe roughly

Thursday: Trader Joe’s Meatloaf with roasted brussels and red peppers tossed in Trader Joe’s organic Sriracha and roasted garlic sauce

Friday: Spaghetti and Trader Joe’s frozen Turkey Meatballs before Joe’s race Saturday
