Chicken and Broccoli {in your Crockpot}

Crockpot Cashew Chicken is far and away the most popular recipe on sally cooks.  Understandably, y’all love easy crockpot take-out, fake-out as much as I do.  In that spirit, here is another take-out fake-out you can make in your crockpot, inspired by the favorite beef  and broccoli dish but with chicken and some extra veggies thrown in.   Serve alone or over rice if you like.   DSC_0137

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  •  2 cups broccoli florets, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 yellow onion, diced

What to do:

  1. Tried this and it is now one of our faves! I searched forever to find a good crockpot chicken and broccoli, thanks for the recipe. Question – have you ever used chicken broth instead if beef broth? Prepping to make this tomorrow and realized I only have chicken broth…..
